Meet your Guide- Lavika Sindhu
Lavika is known for her calm guidance and ancient wisdom-based yogic teaching style in a modern way. Yoga has been a part of her life since childhood. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in yoga and human psychology from Dev Sanskriti University in Haridwar, India. After her studies, she decided to share yoga knowledge in a modern way, so she founded Lavika Yoga. She feels happy when she watches people transforming their health with Yoga.
