Yoga rooted in awareness. Made for everyday life.
About Lavika Yoga
Why Lavika Yoga began
Lavika Yoga was founded with a simple intention: to share the knowledge of yoga in a way that people can bring into their everyday lives.
For Lavika Sindhu, founder of Lavika Yoga, yoga has been part of her life since childhood. Her formal studies in yoga and human psychology at Dev Sanskriti University in Haridwar helped deepen her understanding of yoga as a practice that involves more than physical movement.
She created Lavika Yoga to make guided yoga accessible through online classes, combining traditional yogic practices with a practical approach to modern routines.
Today, Lavika Yoga offers group programs and individual sessions for people who want to make time for movement, breathing, relaxation and greater self-awareness.
At the heart of everything we do is the belief that a meaningful yoga practice begins with listening to yourself and showing up consistently.

Driven by the belief that yoga is not just about physical fitness but about mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The Lavika Yoga Philosophy
Calm. Move. Support.
We believe that yoga is more than physical exercise. It is a way to create awareness, connect with yourself, and build a more balanced relationship with your body and mind.

Calm
Create space to pause, breathe and become aware.
Calm is about bringing attention inward. Through breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, mudras and moments of stillness, we encourage a more mindful connection with the present moment.
These practices can help you slow down, develop awareness of your breath and make time for mental relaxation.

Move
Move with awareness, strength and intention.
Movement is an essential part of yoga. Through yoga asanas (postures), mindful physical movements, appropriate bandhas (yogic locks) and coordinated breathing, we work on flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
The focus is not on how far you can stretch or how perfectly you can perform a posture. It is about understanding your body and moving with attention and comfort.

Support
Build habits. Create consistency. Support your well-being.
Yoga doesn't end when a session is over. The small things we do every day shape how we feel and live.
Support means helping you build healthy habits and everyday practices that nurture your overall well-being. Along with personalised guidance, suitable modifications and encouragement, we help you develop a consistent yoga routine and become more mindful of your daily choices.
Because lasting well-being is not built in one session; it grows through small, consistent practices.
